On Tuesday, October 21 at 6 PM there will be a meeting led by a local veteran at the South Tacoma Public Library, 3411 S. 56th St., Tacoma. He is disturbed by the deployment of Marines and National Guardsmen to US cities. As a former infantryman he has seen what happens when the military occupies cities and he finds it unthinkable. Discussion will include what soldiers can do if deployed and what resources are available to those who refuse illegal orders. There will be resisters and we need to be prepared to support them. All are welcome.
